We take abuse on our network very seriously. We utilize human review checking as well as automated abuse checks which will suspend and ban your account if found to be against our terms of service. You will not get away with abusing our service.

Serious abuse issues (such as PHISHING, FRAUD, HACKING, SPAM, ...)

Serious abuse issues will be reported to the FBI's Cyber-Crime division (USA), SOCA (Serious Organized Crime Agency - UK), your internet service provider and your countries designated crime agency. We will provide them with your website details, registration details, logs and IP addresses so that they can gain intelligence for online abuse and criminal activity.

Our service is designed to host websites. Websites consist of web pages with either .html, .htm or .php files with text, images and styles. Do not use your web account for the following purposes:

File storage without a website. If you want to just upload files online use a file host such as RapidShare.com or MegaUpload.com. You are welcome to upload files providing you have a developed website. Using your account ONLY for file storage will result in termination.

Image storage without a website. If you want to just upload photos and images use a photo host such as PhotoBucket.com or Tinypic.com. You are welcome to upload photos and images providing you have a developed website. If you are uploading photos feel free to upload a photo gallery script so the photos are displayed via a web page.

• I agree that I will not upload a website which breaks Zymic.com's Terms of Service. I understand that by uploading phishing, scams, hacking and participating in other illegal activity my information will be submitted to the authorities.
